- Mini Red M&M’s
- Mini Marshmallows
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Bacon, halved and cooked
How to Make Snowman Pancakes
Step 1
Prepare pancake batter as instructed. Heat electric skillet or pan on stove to about 300 degrees. Once hot, spray with non stick cooking spray. Place about 1/2 cup of batter in a round shape. Then place about 1/4 cup of patter again in a round shape. Cook until bubbles form and start to pop, and then turn over, cook until golden brown.
Step 2
Cook remaining batter. Place on plate, once done cooking, larger pancake in middle and small at the top for the showman’s head. Then place 1 piece of bacon at the bottom of the smaller pancake and then take another piece of bacon to place on end of other piece of bacon to look like a scarf. Then place 2 chocolate chips top middle of small pancake for eyes. And one chocolate chip below in center for nose.
Step 3
To finish take 6 mini red M&M’s and place in half circle below the nose to bring your snowman to life. To add “snow” place mini marshmallows around the snowman. Serve and enjoy!
