The easiest way to access all of the resources you have purchased is to log in to your account (link to account in WC). We suggest using a desktop or laptop computer with the Chrome browser to download your resources.
All of our resources are digital downloads. You will have instant access to them after your purchase is complete. Check your email inbox for the download links! The easiest way to access all of the resources that you have purchased from the shop is to log in to your account. We suggest using a desktop or laptop computer with the Chrome browser to download your resources.
Please make sure that you are downloading the resource to your computer, rather than your phone or tablet. Once you click the download link, your resource should download to your computer, most of the time, this would be to your “downloads” folder. Next, you can go to your “downloads” folder and find the file that you purchased. I’m very careful to name the files the same as the resource. So, if you purchased the 26-page A-Z Alphabet Pack (link to this), that is what the file will be named.
Don’t worry, this happens often. First purchase the bundle, then contact us. Include your email address and the resource you purchased in the message. We will verify the purchase details and send you a refund for the individual resource.

From time to time I make edible resources for you. This means that you can edit these yourself after purchase. You will know exactly when you are purchasing an edible resource because it will specify that it is in fact edible. An example of an edible resource is our Name Tracing Packet (link to this).
If you purchased an edible resource, please make sure that you are downloading the resource to your computer, and then opening it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (not viewing a preview in your internet browser or another program on your computer).
Also, make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (it is free to download with this link (https://get.adobe.com/reader/). The pro version is NOT free, so make sure you are selecting the correct one.

Please make sure that your printer is connected to your computer. Our files are PDF’s. Once you download the resource, find the print option on your computer (it’s normally in the top left corner under “file,” select the print option and print.
If your resource is cut off of the page that you are printing, please make sure that you have selected the correct settings. After you download the PDF, select file, print, you will be given different setting options here. Sometimes you can change it from landscape to portrait or you can select “fill” so it fills the entire page. You may need to resize it as well in your printer settings.
