Hey there, I’m Ehrica!

As a Pediatric Developmental Therapist with over a decade of experience in the Early Intervention Program, I’ve dedicated my career to helping parents understand their baby and toddler’s development with clarity and confidence. I’ve evaluated countless infants and toddlers, identifying delays and creating targeted strategies to support their growth.

I’m also a certified teacher and the founder of Milestone Mom and Milestone Mom Academy, where I provide expert guidance and group coaching to empower parents in nurturing their child’s development. My mission is to make milestones easier to understand, help parents recognize red flags early, and equip families with the tools they need to support their little one every step of the way.
