Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing products and services from Milestone Mom Academy (“Courses,” “Workshops,” “Trainings,” “Digital Resources,” “Memberships,” and all other offerings by Milestone Mom LLC), you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

One-Time Purchases (Courses, Workshops, Trainings, Digital Products)

Due to the immediate delivery of value through our digital materials and educational content, all one-time purchases are non-refundable. Once you purchase a course, workshop, training, or any other downloadable product, you gain instant access to proprietary developmental insights and tools designed to support your parenting journey.

Memberships (Monthly or Annual Subscriptions)

When you subscribe to a Milestone Mom Academy Membership, you immediately gain access to a curated library of exclusive resources, expert content, milestone checklists, monthly challenges, community forums, and ongoing support.

All membership sales are final and non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused time if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle. Subscriptions will automatically renew according to the plan you selected unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Private Coaching & Consultation Calls

All consultation and coaching sessions must be paid in full before scheduling. These fees are considered fully earned upon payment.

Cancellation, No-Shows & Refunds for Single Sessions:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 75% refund, accounting for time held and administrative processing.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund, due to the preparation already invested.
No-shows (sessions not started within 15 minutes of the scheduled time) are not eligible for a refund.
If we cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund or reschedule option.

Coaching Programs (Multi-Session Packages):

Calls canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.
Calls canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled and are considered forfeited.
No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If Milestone Mom Academy cancels, you will receive a session credit.

Digital Downloads (eBooks, Printables, Toolkits)

All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. As these are downloadable and irrevocable, no refunds are issued for any digital products purchased through Milestone Mom Academy.

Chargebacks

We have a clear and transparent refund policy. By purchasing from Milestone Mom Academy, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes. Any chargeback initiated after agreeing to this policy will be treated as a breach of contract.

If a chargeback is attempted, we reserve the right to report the incident to relevant entities or databases as a delinquent account. This includes, but is not limited to, providing your name, email, IP address, transaction details, and other relevant information.
